本文分析了微波对普通陶瓷加热有能量损耗,对微波解冻有无陶瓷盖子首次进行了计算机仿真计算和分析,得出了微波加热快与盖子的介电常数,厚度有关系和微波炉解冻食品加盖快的结论,给微波炉使用者一定的理论指导意义。
his paper analyses the ordinary ceramic will absorb in some microwave energy in microwave oven. Microwave defrosting food with ceramic lid or without was simulated by computer and analyzed for the first time. It was found that microwave heating fast has relationship between dielectric constant and thickness of lid, and explain the advantage of lid. These provide an user theoretical guiding during the period of using of microwave oven.
