胰高血糖素样肽-I（glucagon-like peptide-1，GLP-1）是一种近年发现的胃肠激素，具有促进胰岛素分泌，刺激生长抑素释放，抑制胃酸产生与延长胃排空等生理功能。本文就GLP-1的生物学特性及其上述生理调节功能作一阐述。
Glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1) is a new found of gut hormone. It has many important digestion physiological functions in organism, such as improving insulin and growth hormone release inhibiting hormone secretion, inhibiting gastric acid to produce, and prolonging gastric emptying, and so on. All the bionomics and regulation physiological functions of GLP-1 above are recited in the article.
