一种球罐内部检测机器人支撑机构的设计

针对爬壁检测机器人在球罐内部定期检修的应用中存在着的负载能力差,会出现下滑或倾覆,定位困难等问题,设计了一种安装方便,可收展的支撑机构,用于对检测机器人的支撑和定位。基于对机构受力情况的分析以及可收展性的要求,设计了由碳纤维伸缩杆组成的桁架结构作为机构的主体,并基于ANSYS对机构主体进行静力学仿真,对结构的强度,刚度及稳定性进行分析,验证了支撑机构设计的合理性。经分析,该支撑机构能够提供450N支撑力,保障20kg的机器人在直径4.6~15.7m的球罐内部的工作而不出现下滑与倾覆。
he wall-climbing robots used for periodic maintenance inside a spherical tank often have problems such as poor load capacity, sliding or overturning during walking and difficult to be positioned. Therefore, a retractable support mechanism which can be installed conveniently was designed to support and position the robot. Based on the analysis of the force and the requirement of retractable, the main body of the mechanism was designed as the truss composed of carbon fiber telescopic rod. With the static simulation of the main body carried out by ANSYS, the strength, stiffness and stability of the structure were analyzed, which proved the rationality of the design of the supporting mechanism.According to the analysis, the supporting mechanism can provide 450N supporting force to ensure that the robot with a weight of 20kg can work in the spherical tank with a diameter of 4.6~15.7m without falling down or overturning.
