南通市沿海海域水环境容量计算及应用

以南通市沿海海域为研究对象,根据海洋水域特点将沿海海域水环境容量分为沿岸海域水环境容量和离岸海域水环境容量分别进行计算;将中国近海潮波模型计算结果作为设计水文条件,建立二维水量水质耦合模型,并与“江苏省海洋功能区划”相衔接,比较入海河流形成的排污混合区面积及“海洋功能区划”规定的排污混合区面积,取小者作为沿岸海域水环境容量,比较离岸排污口形成排污混合区面积及“海洋功能区划”规定的排污混合区面积,取小者作为离岸海域水环境容量,从而汇总得到南通市沿海海域水环境容量,并在调查得到现状污染物入海通量的基础上,得到南通市沿海海域剩余水环境容量。
ake the sea area along coastal Nantong object of study, the sea area water environmental capacity will be divide into coastal waters and offshore waters of water environmental capacity to calculated separately on the base of the marine area characteristics; Take the China seas tide-wave model calculation results as the hydrologic design conditions, set up 2D unsteady hydrodynamic-water quality model, and convergence with the \"marine function zoning of Jiangsu Province \", comparison of the pollution mixed area formed by terrestrial rivers and the \"marine functional zoning\" provisions of the pollution mixed area, taking the smaller as the coastal waters of water environment capacity, comparison of the pollution mixed area formed by the off-shore pollution outfall and the \"marine functional zoning\" provisions of the pollution mixed area, taking the smaller as the offshore waters of water environment capacity, then summarizes the sea area water environmental capacity, and get residual water environmental capacity of coastal Nantong according to survey of pollutants into the sea to be the status quo.
