重庆村镇特色旅游地区用能研究

通过对重庆村镇典型旅游区:重庆江津四面山镇、永川黄瓜山镇和江津白沙镇旅游产业、旅游建筑能耗和热舒适度实测调研,首先掌握了旅游区建筑用能有能耗高、结构单一、简单粗放等等不利因素,其次得出了旅游区冬夏季热舒适度低,且冬季热舒适环境比夏季更亟待改善的结论,重庆村镇旅游区有丰富的水资源可以利用。以调研区域某500㎡的典型旅游建筑为模型,通过eQuest能耗模拟软件的模拟得出:在利用当地可供获取的水资源的基础上,选用"水源热泵+风机盘管"系统在制冷季(06-01至09-30)每月节能854.45KWh,当传统空调初投资6万元和运行成本1.5万元的基础上得出水源热泵系统年运行费用限值在1.44-0.525万元之间。

In the first we mastered some unfavorable factors of energy use in tourism region of Chongqing (we select three typical areas: Simian Mountain of Jiangjin、Huanggua Mountain of Yongchuan、Baisha town of Jiangjin) by energy use investigation; such us : high energy consumption、single structure、simple and extensive mode in energy use . Secondly we concluded that the thermal comfort degree of Rural tourism region of Chongqing is very low and winter is worse than summer , but we also founded that in Chongqing it has rich surface water resource.We select a 500 square meters typical tourist building as a model , through software simulation by eQuest we concluded if we take "Water source heat pump + FCU" as the air-conditioning system, we can save energy for 854.45KWh per month ,and the operating costs of this system is between 1.44-0.525ten thousand yuan if the initial investment and operating costs of traditional air-conditioning system is 6 and 1.5 ten thousand.
