作为氯吡格雷、普拉格雷、维卡格雷和阿瑞吡坦等重要药物和生物活性化合物的关键结构,手性芳基甘氨酸的不对称合成具有非常重要的实际应用价值. 本文首次对该领域进行了综述,系统介绍相关不对称合成方法的优缺点及今后发展方向.
s the key building blocks of important pharmaceuticals and bioactive compounds such as clopidogrel, prasugrel, vicagrel and aprepitant, the asymmetric synthesis of chiral arylglycines has important application value. The related works on their asymmetric catalytic synthesis were reviewed for the first time in this paper.
