胃癌腹膜转移的分期及早诊

腹膜转移是影响胃癌患者长期生存的重要因素，预后极差，有效的预防与治疗腹膜转移已成为提高进展期胃癌疗效的关键步骤，治疗肿瘤腹膜转移的方法虽然很多，但总体疗效不甚理想。笔者认为治疗方式应根据腹膜转移的程度、阶段，合理个体化选择治疗方案（化疗、手术），现围绕进展期胃癌腹膜转移的治疗现状进行探讨，以期为腹膜转移病人的个体化治疗提供理论依据和前景展望。
Peritoneal metastasis leading to peritoneal carcinomatosis is one of the most important factor affecting the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer. For peritoneal carcinomatosis from gastric cancer, systemic chemotherapy, peritoneal chemotherapy and palliative surgery only achieve very limited clinical efficacy.This paper reviews the current therapeutic status of peritoneal carcinomatosis from gastric cancer in China and the international developments in this field.
