本文设计并实现了基于3G网络的无线视频传输系统。提出了一种适用于实时无线视频传输的基于用户数据报协议(User Datagram Protocol,UDP)并且包含服务质量(Quality of Service,QoS)保障机制的传输方案;该方案采用UDP协议传输数据,保证视频传输的实时性;并设计丢包重传、自适应码率调整等机制,保障视频传输质量。当3G网络上行速率较低时,QoS机制可通过码率的自适应调整降低丢包率,并通过数据包重传保证数据传输的可靠性。测试结果表明,本文设计的系统可实现无线环境下的实时视频传输,且能有效保障时变环境下的传输质量。

he wireless video transmission system over 3G network is designed and implemented. The proposed reliable transmission scheme is based on user datagram protocol (UDP) and some Quality-of-Service (QoS) guarantee mechanisms. This scheme uses UDP protocol to implement the real-time transmission and retransmission of lost packets/adaptive rate adjusting are explored for proper QoS. When the uplink transmission rate is low, we reduce the packet loss rate by using adaptive rate adjusting and we guarantee the reliability of data transmission by using packet retransmission. The experiments show that the system can achieve real-time video transmission in wireless environment, and can effectively achieve the quality of service in the time variant environment.
