无铅焊膏中松香含量对焊点剪切强度的影响
Effect of the Rosin contents on the shearing strength of the spot weld of Lead-free Solder Paste
研究了不同松香含量对无铅焊膏焊点剪切强度的影响。对不同松香含量的助焊剂进行了润湿力性能测试和粘度测试，对这些的助焊剂配制成焊膏焊后的焊点进行了剪切试验，以此来测定不同的松香含量下焊点的剪切强度。结果表明：焊膏的粘度随着松香含量的增加而增加，而其润湿力逐渐较小，当松香的含量在40g时焊点的剪切强度可达48.36Mpa，由此配制的焊膏焊接性能良好，腐蚀性小，焊点饱满光亮，存储寿命较长。
he effect of the different rosin contents on the shearing strength of the spot weld on Lead-free Solder Paste has been studied, the properties of wetting power and viscosity were tested according to the industry standard, the spot weld of solder pastes which were mixed with different rosin contents were tested by shearing test, for testing the shearing strength of the spot weld. The result shows that the viscosity of the solder paste was enhanced as the rosin contents was increased, but the wetting power was reduced, the shearing strength is 48.36Mpa when the rosin contents is 40g, the solder paste which used this flux is good welding performance and a long storage life, and it is noncorrosive, the spot weld is bright and fulllness.
