松嫩平原旱地异质生境芦苇分株不同叶龄叶片光合色素含量可塑性及空间格局

Plasticity and spatial patterns on photosynthetic pigment contents in different age class leaves of reed ramets in heterogeneous dryland habitats in Songnen Plains of Northeast,China

采用定期整个分株取样和逐一叶片测量的方法,对松嫩平原不同时期两个旱地异质生境芦苇分株各龄级叶片光合色素含量可塑性及其在分株上的空间变化格局进行了研究。结果表明,在生境间芦苇不同叶龄叶片3种光合色素含量的差异大体为H1>H2,叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量和总叶绿素含量的差异具同步性,均为分株下部低龄级对和上部高龄级对叶片无显著差异,中部多个龄级对叶片差异显著;类胡萝卜素含量的差异时而增大,时而减小。尽管芦苇叶片光合色素含量具有生境间和生境内的可塑性,但均具有相同的空间格局。除H2中8月15日叶片类胡萝卜素含量外,两个生境不同时期3种光合色素含量均随着叶片龄级的增加呈二次曲线变化。在松嫩平原从7月15日至8月15日,两个生境芦苇分株中部叶片均为光合生产的重要功能叶片。

By using the method of the whole ramets sampled at regular intervals and measured all leaves one by one, the plasticity and spatial patterns on photosynthetic pigment contents in each age class leaves of Phragmites australis ramets were researched in two heterogeneous dryland habitats in Songnen Plains of Northeast China at different periods. The results showed that differences on photosynthetic pigment contents of three types were generally higher in different age class leaves in H1 than in H2 between two habitats at different periods. The differences were synchronization on the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll, namely there were no significant differences between leaves of the older age class pairs in the under ramets and the younger age class pairs in the upper ramets, but there were significant differences between leaves of several age class pairs in the middle ramets; the differences of carotenoid contents increased and decreased sometimes. Although the photosynthetic pigment contents of the leaves were plasticity within and between habitats, they do have the same spatial patterns. In addition to the carotenoid contents of the leaves in H2 in August 15, changes on photosynthetic pigment contents of three types were all the quadratic curve with increasing of leaf age classes in two habitats at different periods. The important functional leaves of photosynthetic production were in the middle ramets in two habitats in Songnen Plains from July 15th to August 15th.
