基于PIV实验研究无动量亏损尾迹与动叶相互干涉的流场
Experimental investigation on the interaction between momentumless wake and rotor based on PIV
采用粒子图像测试技术(PIV Particle Image Velocimetry),对静子尾缘有无吹气条件下尾迹与动叶相互的流场进行详细地测量,得到了不同尾部吹气量下的速度矢量、进气气流角变化、尾迹的偏移变化以及动叶尾迹区速度和涡量的变化。比较了纯尾迹与无动量亏损尾迹与动叶相互干涉的流场,吹气使静子尾缘达到无动量亏损尾迹状态,改善了动叶的进气气流角,弱化了动叶的尾迹。
In this paper, the mixed flow field of the stator wake interaction with rotor with and without injection through a slit along the stator’s rear end was measured by PIV (Particle Image Velocimetry). The velocity fields, velocity contours, wake excursion and velocity and vorticity map of rotor trailing edge, the spreading characteristics of the wakes across the rotor row had been gained. The interaction flow field between pure wake and rotor is compared with the flow field between momentumless wake and rotors, the results show that the momentumless wakes make the inlet flow of the rotor more uniform, improve the inlet flow angle of the rotor and weaken the wake of the rotor.
