高校图书馆学科馆员绩效考核体系研究

STUDY ON PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM

针对高校图书馆学科馆员的绩效考核问题进行了系统地研究,从绩效考核程序、绩效考核方法和绩效考核指标三个方面分别进行了论述。从通用的绩效考核程序入手,根据图书馆和学科馆员工作的特点,建立了适合于学科馆员考核的绩效考核程序;并借鉴劳动经济学中常用的绩效考核方法、根据学科馆员特点进行分析比较,确定360度反馈评价法为适用的考核方法;然后从业绩考核、技能考核、态度考核和工作强度四个方面制定了可量化的绩效考核指标,并介绍了指标权重和总分的计算方法。希望通过学科馆员绩效考核体系的建立,达到对学科馆员和学科馆员制度同时进行有效考核的目的。

his paper systemically researches the performance appraisal of the subject librarians in university libraries. Firstly, started with general performance appraisal process and according to the position character, a process suitable for subject librarians are built up. Secondly, with the general performance appraisal methods in labor economics being used for reference, this paper chooses 360°feedback as the applicable appraisal methods. Finally, a lot of indexes are set down from workload, skill, attitude and efficiency that this position demands, also the calculation of the index weigh and the score are introduced. According to the building of the performance appraisal system for subject librarians in university libraries, we can both appraise subject librarians and subject librarian system effectively.
