一种改进型WCDMA双向塔放LNA设计
Modified LNA Proposed for WCDMA TMB
低噪声放大器是双向塔顶放大器中最基本但关键部件,本文在接收机系统理论及恒流源单元电路理论的基础上提出了一种改进型WCDMA双向塔放低噪声放大器设计方案. 通过总结国内外射频前端设计经验并结合工程应用要求及器件特性,在安捷伦ADS2009仿真环境中完成了工作频段为1920MHz-1980MHz的低噪声放大器设计,其噪声系数为0.702dB,增益为15.523dB,IIP3为12.701dBm,据我们所知这是个和常见设计相比更稳定的可供工程应用的LNA结构。
LNA(Low noise amplifier) is a basic but vital component in designing TMB(Tower-Mounted Booster), and hence,based on receiver system and constant-current source theory,a modified LNA,designed for WCDMA TMB is proposed.By summarizing home and abroad RF front-end design experience and according with engineering requirements, as well as combining properties of real components,a proper LNA, whose working frequency is between 1920MHz and 1980MHz, is designed in Agilent ADS2009 simulation environment with a 0.702dB noise figure, a 15.523dB gain and a 12.701 IIP3. To our knowledge this is a rather stable LNA designed for engineering use compared with common designs.
