电磁超分辨率特性研究概述
Review of Electromagnetic Super-Resolution Characteristics
传统的成像受瑞利判据限制分辨率已不能满足相关领域的实际应用,突破衍射极限实现超分辨率越发显得必要。本文简要回顾了超分辨率的研究背景和应用领域。详细讨论了几种可实现超分辨率方法(近场光学显微镜,左手材料,表面等离子体,模式转换,时间反演,超振理论)的研究现状、基本原理以及优缺点,最后给出总结和建议。
s the resolution of traditional imaging, limited by the Rayleigh criterion, can't meet the actual application yet, breaking through the diffraction limit to realize super-resolution becomes more and more essential.The background and its applications of super resolution techniques are reviewed briefly in this paper.Some methods that can realize super resolution(near-field optical microscope, left-handed material, surface plasmons, mode conversion, super-oscillation theory,time reversal) are discussed in detail,including their research status,basic principles and relative merits.At last a conclusion and some advice are given.
