青海矿产资源资产化管理研究

Qinghai province is rich in mineral resources, however, there are lots of problems during the exploitation of the mineral resources. The paper’s opinion is that the capitalization management of Qinghai province’s mineral resources is necessary. The capitalization management of mineral resources can not only solve the problems during the exploitation , but also is benefit to the sustainable development in economy and society of Qinghai province. Because of the backwardness of the economy and the unbalanced economic area development of Qinghai province, we proposed the “progressive” and “stage” principle to inject the concept of capitalization management to the management of Qinghai province’s mineral resources. We have to change from the closed development to the open development and search for the path of capitalization management that suit for the Qinghai province’s own characters.
