纳米蒙脱土/环氧树脂胶粘剂组分优化

纳米胶粘剂研制与应用日益受到人们的重视。纳米蒙脱土为层状硅酸盐结构,通过有机化处理,蒙脱土与环氧树脂间相互作用,使聚合物插入到蒙脱土片层间,可实现蒙脱土与有机分子间的纳米插层复合。本实验研究了纳米MMT/环氧树脂胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度,并在此基础上研究了基体,增韧剂(DBP),填料纳米MMT和固化剂JA-1对纳米MMT/环氧树脂胶粘剂体系强度的影响,讨论了交互作用情况下各组分间的关系,推荐了纳米MMT/环氧树脂胶粘剂的最佳配方 。
he nano adhesive is paid much more attention recently.The polymer was inserted into MMT ,accomplished the nanocomposite which was served by MMT and organic molecule through using the effect between organic MMT with epoxy resin.The tensile and shear strength of nano- MMT/Epoxy are experimentally investigated. The effects of base resin、DBP、nano- MMT、JA-1 to nano- MMT/EP bonding on shear strength are also studied. The relationship of each composition under interaction condition is discussed. At last, the best composition of nano- MMT/EP is recommended
