t present, inland shipboard has becoming not only the important pollution source of the port city and the inland river areas but also the important areas of our country's energy conservation and emissions reduction work. According to the research of ships along the Yangtze river system in Chongqing area .This paper which based on the actual energy consumption and emission data, analyzed the annual energy consumption level and the sewage situation of the marine energy system, based on above, a set of feasible technical transformation scheme are proposed, and carries on the analysis of economy and environmental protection of it, finally Suggestions are put forward according to the green transformation of the ship energy system.
