本文对一般TD-SCDMA系统射频子系统进行了简单介绍。TD-SCDMA终端综合测试仪射频子系统有其特殊性:输出信号大功率范围内可调以及低误差矢量幅度。本文通过分析可调衰减器与固定衰减器的优缺点,将终端综合测试仪射频子系统下行链路划分为调制模块、可调衰减模块、步进衰减模块,在此基础上进行了详细分析与电路设计。并且作者采用仿真软件ADS2006对电路进行了验证仿真,显示达到了设计需求。
In this paper, the general structure of TD-SCDMA RF subsystem is described. TD-SCDMA Wireless Communication Test Set RF subsystem has its own speciality: the power of output signal is adjustable in a large scale and low EVM. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the variable attenuator fixed attenuator. After divided into modulation module, adjustable attenuation module, step attenuator module, the Test Set RF subsystem downlink is analyzed and designed. And the author verifies circuit design using simulation software ADS2006.
