模壁摩擦对粉末压制成形影响的细观模拟分析
Mesoscopic simulation analysis the influence of die wall friction on compression process of powder particles
本文采用基于离散体的有限元法模拟粉体流动的非连续特性,通过对粉末压制流动的细观研究,考察了在不同模壁摩擦系数下颗粒典型位置的应变及其差异,不同区域的孔隙率变化。结果表明:模壁摩擦使粉末产生了从上表面边缘到下边面中心方向的斜向流动,对颗粒的应变和压制密度均匀性有显著影响。
iscrete element method is applied to mesoscopic simulate the loose particle flowing in the process of compaction. The strain processes and the deformation differences of the particles in typical position, the porosities change in different areas under various die wall friction coefficients were investigated. The results showed that die wall interface friction causes diagonal flow of particles from upper surface edges to the center of compact, it has a significant influence on deformation and pressed density uniformity of particles.
