Research on new Muilt-Channel MAC in Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks
车辆 Ad-hoc 网络 (Vehicular Ad-Hoc Networks,VANETs) 的目标是提供公共道路的安全服务和改善驾驶的舒适性和效率。VANETs 通过使用多个信道,即一个控制信道和多个服务信道,来实现安全信息和非安全信息的分别传输。基于最新的IEEE 802.11p标准草案和IEEE1609.4,本文提出了一种可变 CCH 时隙的多信道MAC机制,这种机制通过多个信道之间的协调和可变的CCH和SCH时隙来实现。仿真表明,这种VCI MAC机制可以显著的改善原协议的性能,包括系统吞吐量、数据包延时、数据包成功传输率。
he goal of Vehicle Ad-hoc Network is to provide safety services of public road and improving the driving comfort and efficeency. VANETs use multiple channels, that is, a control channel and multiple service channels To achieve the security information and non-secure information transmission respectively. Based on the latest draft standard IEEE 802.11p and IEEE1609.4, this paper presents a multi-channel variable CCH slot MAC mechanism. This mechanism is achieved through the coordination between multiple channels and variable time slot of CCH and SCH.Simulation shows that the VCI MAC mechanism can significantly improve the performance of the original protocol, including the system throughput, packet delay, packet delivery success rate.
