社区卫生服务风险因素评价指标体系

Objective：To establish the risk evaluation system of community health service, determine the risk degree , establish the risk evaluation system of community health service , identify priority control areas and provide the basis for risk managemnt in commnity health service.?Methods:1. risk factors have been selected by on-site survey, work flow analysis, root-cause analysis, expert advice, expert interviews and other methods in 28 community health service agencies. 2. Reason model has been used to classify and summary the risk factors. 3. Delphi has been used to construct the risk evaluation system and RAC and Fisher discrimination analysis method to determine risk factors degree.Results:Risk factors evaluation system has been constructed, which included 5 first degree indicators, 13 second degree indicators and 62 third degree indicators. Fisher discrimination analysis to determine the risk factors rating, resulting 6 first degree risk factors, 17 second degree risk factors, 30 third degree risk factors and 9 fourth degree risk factors. Conclusion: The medical staff organization and management factors are most important for community health service safety and the two areas need to be focused on.
