Research progress of flexible microelectronic circuits fabricated based on carbon nanotubes/silver nanoparticles nanocomposites

由于具有超高电导性以及优异的力学性能,碳纳米管被认为是制备柔性电路的良好材料。再将金属银纳米粒子与之复合,可以进一步减小碳纳米管管间的接触电阻及其垂直于轴向上的电阻从而改善整个体系的电导率。本文综述了碳纳米管/银纳米复合材料的制备方法以及构筑柔性电路时所采用的图案化方法, 探讨了该研究领域所面临的一些问题,并对其发展方向提出了展望。

Based on excellent electrical and mechanical properties, carbon nanotubes are regarded as the proper material to fabricate flexible microelectronic device patterns. Furthermore, when combined with silver nanoparticles, the conductivity of the system would be improved because of the reduction of contact resistance among carbon nanotubes and the resistance on the vertical aspect. This paper summarized the preparation of multi-walled carbon nanotubes/silver nanoparticles composites and the fabrication of flexible microelectronic circuits based on it. The problems faced in the field were discussed and the future direction was also prospected.
