Notch信号通路是一种抑制性信号传导通路,普遍认为它是通过\"旁侧抑制机制\"来发挥作用的,相关研究表明Notch信号通路对神经干细胞的增殖和分化有重要的影响。另一方面随着空间生命科学的发展,空间环境对人类中枢神经系统的影响受到人们的普遍关注,微重力条件对神经干细胞分化的影响逐渐成为研究的热点,本文将Notch信号通路在神经干细胞分化中的作用与模拟微重力条件下神经干细胞分化情况相结合,论述模拟微重力条件下Notch信号通路对神经干细胞分化可能产生的影响。
Notch signaling pathway is an inhibitory signaling pathway, which is generally considered to play a role by \"lateral inhibition mechanism\". Researches show that the Notch signaling pathway has important implications on the proliferation and differentiation of neural stem cells. Furthermore with the development of space life sciences, the effect of the space environment on the human central nervous system has drawn people\'s attention. The effect of microgravity condition on the differentiation of neural stem cells has gradually become a research hotspot. Combine the function of Notch signaling pathway in the differentiation of neural stem cells with the situation of the differentiation of neural stem cells under simulated microgravity, the possible impact of Notch signaling pathway on the differentiation of neural stem cells under microgravity condition has been discussed in this paper.
