炼焦煤粗煤泥深度分选新工艺研究
Study on New Process of Coking Coarse Slime depth Separation
针对目前TBS分选粗煤泥过程中常出现的尾矿"跑精"问题,提出了一种彻底分选粗煤泥的新工艺,即将TBS与螺旋分选机优势互补并结合磨矿浮选工艺分选粗煤泥,并对大武口金能分厂粗煤泥进行可行性试验,试验结果表明:该新工艺可有效解决TBS分选过程中因入料粒度范围较大造成尾煤"跑精"的现象,在大武口金能分厂的TBS尾矿中回收产率可达27.35%-34.21%的精煤,具有良好的经济效益。
ccording to the current problem that the teetered bed separator (TBS) often misplace the cleaned coal into the tailings, when the feeding particle size of coarse slime is wider. We put forward a new technology that can maximize the recovery of cleaned coal from the coarse slime: combined the advantage of TBS and screw separator, then use the flotation to float clean coal from the screw separator cleaned coal after grinding. The feasibility Experiments were taken on the coarse slime from Jin Neng plant of Da Wukou coal preparation plant, Experiments show that the new process can resolve the problems mentioned above effectively, and the recovery of the TBS tailings can be about 27.35%-34.21%, which will bring good economic benefits for coal preparation plant.
