本文介绍和分析了混频环微波波段频率合成器方案。深入分析了该方案在相位噪声方面存在的问题,这些问题导致整个合成器输出的远端相位噪声无法同时兼顾通带的高端和低端。随后提出了解决方案,并通过工程项目验证了该方案的正确性。

his paper introduces and analyzes the frequency synthesis with mixer-PLL architecture. The analysis mainly concerns the potential problem of phase noise, which acts as the un-consistancy of the phase noise in the output port and will deteriorate the phase noise. Then we propose the method based on the dynamicly adjustance of the PLL parameters to solve this problem. At last we use some project to prove the feasibility and validity of this method.
