iSCSI(Internet Small Computer System Interface)磁盘阵列是指采用iSCSI对外接口的磁盘阵列。iSCSI是存储领域近几年流行的一个新协议,通过它可以在TCP/IP协议上运行SCSI指令集。而磁盘阵列早已广泛应用在计算机存储领域,它将多个磁盘按照一定结构组织,提供高可靠性、高效率的数据存储设备。本文对iSCSI磁盘阵列技术进行研究。本文主要对iSCSI磁盘阵列性能进行测试分析,分析对象包括软件阵列和硬件阵列,主要针对RAID 0和RAID 5级别的带宽和吞吐率。

iSCSI RAID supply RAID services with iSCSI interface. iSCSI protocol wins popularity recently, with it, SCSI commands can be transmitted on TCP/IP level. RAID has been widely used in information storage systems, it can supply a high reliability data storage device by organize disks in specific regulations. In this paper, we do research on iSCSI RAID technology, and analyse factors which influence its performance.
