太原市智慧城市情景分析及实施框架

目的：研究我国城市化问题，提升城市的运行效果，并进一步充实智慧城市的概念内涵；方法：情景规划、多Agent自组织系统；结果：以太原市为例，在16种情景规划下对太原市城市职能的运行进行了分析，提出了太原市智慧城市实施框架；结论：情景规划方法和多Agent自组织系统能够对智慧城市及其主体的建设进行预演。
Objective: to study the problems of urbanization, improve city operating result, and enrich the connotation of smart city; Method: scenario planning, multi-Agent self-organizing systems; Results: in 16 scenario planning at Taiyuan,the running of city functions are analyzed, and proposed the Smart City implementation framework of Taiyuan; Conclusion: Scenario planning and multi-Agent self-organizing systems can rehearsal the construction of smart city and its agents.
