农杆菌介导果实成熟衰老相关基因e6转化番茄的研究

以S2番茄种子为试材,分为4个重复进行,各个重复外植体的出愈率均在90%以上,出芽率仅为3%左右。经带有Ti质粒载体及e6外源基因的根癌农杆菌介导将果实成熟衰老基因e6导入到番茄受体细胞,利用组织培养手段,获得转基因新植株。该试验为番茄外植体转化试验的进一步优化提供了一定的试验依据。

With S2 tomato seeds as experimental materials,which were divided into four groups, the callus rate of explants in every group was more than 90 percent, and the bud induction rate of explants was about 3 percent. Introducing fruit senescence-related gene e6 into tomato receptor cells by agrobacterium tumefaciens that included Ti plasmid vector and exogenous gene e6. It can abtain transgenetic plants by using plant tissue culture technique. This experiment provided some experimental basis for the further optimization of tomato explant transformation.?????
