Effects of p-arsanilic acid nanoparticles(p-ASAP) on growth performance, arsenic retention and excretion in weanling pigs*
总共252头平均体重在7.18?.13kg仔猪(杜洛克?#38271;白?#32422;克夏)用于氨基苯胂酸纳米粒(p-ASAP)对仔猪生长性能和体内砷残留和排泄的影响的研究。采用随机化完全区组设计将仔猪分为7个日粮组(每组4个重复,每个重复9只猪)喂养35天。7个日粮处理组分别为(1)基础日粮,(2)基础日粮+20mg/kg对氨基苯胂酸(p-ASAP),(3)基础日粮+60mg/kg p-ASA, (4)基础日粮+100mg/kg p-ASA,(5)基础日粮+20mg/kg p-ASAP,(6)基础日粮+60mg/kg p-ASAP,(7)基础日粮+100mg/kg p-ASA。添加100 mg/kg p-ASA,或者20,60,100 mg/kg p-ASAP,都能促进仔猪的生长(p<0.05)。添加低剂量的p-ASAP(20mg/kg)与添加100 mg/kg p-ASA的促生长效果相似。100 mg/kg p-ASA与20,60,100 mg/kg p-ASAPP的促生长水平差异不显著。p-ASA和p-ASAP主要通过粪便排泄到体外。体内各组织对摄入的砷的残留最大浓度在肝脏,其次为肾、皮肤、毛、脂肪、骨骼肌,最终为血液。对照组、20mg/kg p-ASAP 和20mg/kg p-ASA添加组的组织中砷的积聚浓度均小于5ug/kg。p-ASA和p-ASAP的在体内的残留均和其摄入剂量正相关。
total of 252 weanling pigs (Duroc andrace orkshire) at an average initial body weight of 7.18?.13kg were used to investigate the effects of p-arsanilic acid nanoparticles(p-ASAP) on growth performance, retention and excretion of arsenic. The pigs were allocated to seven dietary treatments in a randomized complete block design (four replicates of nine pigs per replicate) for 35 days. The dietary treatments were: (1) basal diet, (2) basal diet + 20mg/kg p-arsanilic acid (p-ASA), (3) basal diet + 60 mg/kg p-ASA, (4) basal diet + 100 mg/kg p-ASA,(5) basal diet + 20 mg/kg p-ASAP, (6)basal diet +60 mg/kg p-ASAP, and (7) basal diet +100 mg/kg p-ASAP. Supplementation with 100 mg/kg p-ASA or with 20, 60, 100 mg/kg p-ASAP improved (P<0.05) growth performance of weanling pigs, the effects of low levels of p-ASAP (20 mg/kg feed) were similar to those of 100mg/kg p-ASA. No significant difference between 100 mg/kg p-ASA diet and 20mg/kg, 60mg/kg, or 100mg/kg p-ASAP diet was found. Both p-ASA and p-ASAP were mainly excreted through feces, ingested arsenic accumulated in all tissues of weanling pigs with the largest residual concentration found in the livers, followed by the kidneys, the skin, hair, fat, bone, skeletal muscles and finally the blood. The As content of tissues of pigs fed control diets, or 20 mg/kg p-ASA, or 20 mg/kg p-ASAP was less than 0.5礸/g. Both forms of p-ASA and p-ASAP are identical with respect to their absorption characteristics based on a dose dependent effect.
