变幅杆式超声波去除夹杂物实验研究

由有机物颗粒模拟夹杂物,进行了变幅杆式超声波作用下夹杂物去除水模实验,分析了空化气泡去除夹杂物机理,考察了超声波作用下功率,工具杆位置等工艺参数对夹杂物去除率的影响,结果表明:随着功率增大,声场空化强度增大,空化气泡数量增加,空化气泡与夹杂物碰撞概率增大,夹杂物去除率增加;工具杆位于钢包内中心位置时,当波源伸入钢包液面高度的1/2处即20cm时,超声波去夹杂效果最好;工具杆位于同等液面深度时,位于钢包中心位置的夹杂物去除率最高。

he effect of power and tool rod position on inclusion removal was studied in the ladle refining cold model when the organic particles were used to imitate the inclusion. The results show that as the power increase, cavitation intensity increases, the number of cavitation bubbles increases, the collision probability of the cavitation bubbles increases with the inclusion, the efficiency of removing inclusion increases; as the wave source into the liquid is 1/2 H, the effect of removing inclusion is the best;the inclusion removal rate when the radiator is in the centre of the ladle model is higher than on the edge at the same height.
