Optimum analysis and comparison of high-salt, high-iron and high-manganese mine water treatment scheme
本文介绍了处理高盐高铁锰矿井水的典型工艺流程及主要特点。采用实例说明的方式,通过原水水质分析及出水要求选择陶粒除铁锰、微滤+反渗透脱盐和锰砂除铁锰、超滤+反渗透脱盐两套工艺,并从出水水质、造价以及管理方面进行综合比较分析,优选出最佳处理方案,为今后高盐高铁高锰矿井水回用方案提供可借鉴的依据。
he high-salt, high-iron and high-manganese mine water treatment process and their main features are introduced in the article. In the example,though making comprehensive analysis in water quality, cost and management and comparison of two treatment scheme, one is iron and manganese removal by ceramsite, desalination by microfiltration and reverse osmosis, the other is iron and manganese removal by manganese sand, desalination by ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis, the optimal treatment scheme is selected. Basis can be drawed for high-salt high-iron and high-manganese mine water reuse programs in future.
