本文研究了两个靠得非常近的平行圆柱波导之间产生微扰,利用四阶龙格库塔法解出了模式耦合方程,得到两波导中的光功率分布曲线,结果与采用模耦合理论计算一致。分析得到结论耦合程度随着耦合系数的增加而加剧,但随着传播常数差的增加而减弱;耦合长度随着耦合系数的增加且随着传播常数差的增加而变短。

In this paper, perturbation between two very close parallel cylindrical waveguides is researched, four-Runge - Kutta method is used for solving Mode-Coupled equations, get optical power distribution curves of the two waveguides, the results are in good agreement with the mode coupling theoretical caculated. Conclusions are made that the degree of coupling intensified with the increase of coupling coefficient, but weakened with the increase of propagation constants difference; the length of coupling coefficient decrease with the increase of coupling coefficient and propagation constants difference.
