钾离子和钙离子是植物体内含量丰富的营养元素,影响植物诸多生理生化反应,钾离子和钙离子通道是植物吸收钾离子和钙离子的主要途径。钾离子和钙离子通道的另一个重要生理功能是参与调控植物抗病性。本文介绍了钾离子和钙离子通道的特点、生理功能、分类及二者的信号传导机制,并重点阐述了钾离子和钙离子通道在植物抗病中的作用及二者如何通过多种不同作用机制调控植物抗病性,并展望后续有待继续研究的问题。

Both potassium ion and calcium ion are plant nutrient elements and rich in plants, which affect various plant physiological and biochemical reactions of the plants. The channels of potassium ion and calcium ion are the main route for plants to absorb them. Another important physiological function of these channels is that they are involved in the plant disease resistance. This paper introduced the characteristics, physiological functions, classification and the signaling transduction mechanism of the two ion channels, focused the effects of the two channels on plant disease resistance, and how they control the plant disease resistance through various mechanisms. At last, this paper stated the problems needed to solve in the future investigation on potassium ion and calcium ion channels.
