静电喷雾法制备聚羟基丁酸戊酸酯/苝酰亚胺荧光微球
he Fluorescent Microspheres of Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate)/Perylene Bisimide Prepared by Eletrospraying
本文采用静电喷雾法制备了聚羟基丁酸戊酸酯(PHBV)/纳米颗粒POSS双侧取代苝酰亚胺的荧光微球。通过紫外可见光吸收光谱(UV-vis)、荧光发射光谱(PL)以及扫描电镜(SEM)等研究了复合微球的形貌结构、光学特性及荧光量子效率。发现微球固态紫外吸收光谱能体现出苝酰亚胺在溶液中的三个特征吸收峰:460 nm、490 nm和527 nm处,其荧光发射谱图上可观察到有两个发射峰:630 nm处的强发射峰和570 nm处的肩峰。由于POSS基团空间位阻限制,干喷湿纺所制微球的绝对荧光量子效率可高达28%。
he fluorescent microspheres by using PHBV as matrix and Perylene diimide (PDI) systemateically tethered by nano particle POSS side chain as dye were prepared by electrospraying. The morphology, photophysical properties and fluorescent quantum efficiency were investigated by means of UV-vis absorption spectra, fluorescence emission spectra (PL), SEM. It is found that the solid microphere exhibit three specific peaks of PDI in solution, located at 460nm, 490nm, 527nm, while two emission peaks, an strong one at 630nm and a small shoulder one at 570nm. Due to the steric hindrance of POSS, the absolute fluorescence quantum efficiency of the microspheres prepared by eletrospraying reaches up to 28%.
