MicroRNAs and Vascular Stability

稳定的血管网络主要由正常生理状态的血管组成细胞和完整的细胞外基质构成,对于维持机体正常的生理功能至关重要,而血管失稳态更是众多疾病潜在的发病机制和促进因素。本文就microRNAs通过调控管壁细胞外基质平衡、血管相关细胞代谢、血管通透性等机制参与血管稳态调节作一简单综述。

Stable vascular network are mainly composed of normal vascular cells and intact extracellular matrix (ECM), which play important roles in maintain the normal physiological functions. Meanwhile, the destruction of vascular homeostasis may be the potential pathogenic and contributing factor of various diseases. In this paper, the effects of microRNAs on the regulation of vascular homeostasis (e.g. balance of extracellular matrix, vascular cell metabolism and vascular permeability) are summarized.
