煤矿井下干法洗选系统设计

随着煤矿开采条件日趋复杂,部分干旱半干旱矿区井下煤流中的矸石量较以前明显增多,特别是夹矸较多的煤层开采,矸石量甚至占到40%。把洗选过程转移到煤矿井下,既可以实现煤炭井下洗选、精煤上井,又可以结合充填采煤在井下处理矸石。根据我国缺水地区的煤炭洗选特点对煤炭井下干法洗选系统进行了初步设计。 (1)革新传统地面洗选观念,实现井下洗选-矸石充填一体化,解决矸石污染和地面塌陷问题,实现真正意义上的"绿色开采";(2)对选煤机进行卧式改造,以适应井下有限空间;(3)地面洗选设备入井,对设备提出防爆隔爆、防尘、防静电等技术要求。

The coal preparation process transfered to underground can help us achieveing underground coal separation, clean coal on the wells, also underground gangue disposal with backfill mining. we are preliminary design the dry coal preparation system According to the characteristic of coal preparation in China's water shortage region. (1) Innovating concept of the traditional ground-separation, achieving the integration of Underground coal separation -Backfill mining, solving gangue pollution and ground subsidence problems and real sense the "green mining";(2) Horizontal reconstruction of the coal preparation machine to suit the limited underground space; (3) ground preparation equipments into the wells, with explosion-proof, dust-proof, anti-static et technical requirements.
