社会保险系统的复杂性研究
Study of Social Insurance System Complexity
社会保险系统由其对国民经济发展的重要性而一直是国内外学术界研究的热点。不过由于社会保险系统是一个典型的复杂系统,当前的以可还原的物质作为本原的现代科学并不能对其给出很好的描述。本文基于新本原从整体角度提出了社会保险系统新的认识方法,以最大流原理为基础提出了新的模型。这种新方法和模型不仅能够揭示具体的复杂社会保险系统多组元相互作用动力学和整体结构演化过程,弥补了传统方法只能作静态评价或分析的不足,而且可以作为研究整个社会科学的一个普适新范式。
ue to important role of social insurance system in national economy development, related studies have ever been hot topics in national and international academia, Nevertheless, since social insurance system is a typical complex system, modern science grounded upon reality of reducible matter cannot yet give an accurate description on it. The paper proposes a new epistemology about social insurance system, and then establishes a new model based on maximum flux principle. Obviously, new epistemology new model will not only reveal the dynamics of multi-agents’ interactions and the evolutionary process of whole structure of social insurance system, remedying some defect of traditional methods that can only carry out static evaluation or analysis, but also act as a new paradigm for researching universal sociology.
