盲多用户检测算法是克服多址干扰与远近效应影响的有效方法。本文研究了CDMA通信系统中三种盲多用户检测算法:最小均方算法、递归最小二乘算法以及Kalman滤波算法,对三种多用户检测算法的信干比和剩余能量进行了性能比较和讨论,且提出了一种基于动量因子的变步长LMS算法,该算法在初始阶段使用较大的步长值,然后根据同一接收信号在相邻两次迭代过程中检测器的输出值之差来动态调整步长,加快了LMS算法的收敛速度。实验结果表明,基于动量因子的变步长LMS算法性能明显优于LMS算法和RLS算法,具有较强的抗多址干扰与抗远近效应的能力,收敛速度更快、更具有实用性,可以有效提高CDMA系统容量。

Blind multiuser detection algorithms are used to eliminate the Multiple Access Interference (MAI) and the Near-Far effect.Three kinds of blind multiuser detection algorithms based on CDMA communication system are studied in this paper. Those are the Least Mean Squares (LMS) algorithm, Recursive Least Squares (RLS) algorithm, Kalman filter algorithm. The performance of the signal to interference ratio and the EOE of three kinds of multi-user detection algorithm have been discussed in this paper. The new changeable step algorithm based on momentum factor is proposed. The algorithm has better convergence performance by applying the method that uses a larger step value in initial moment while dynamically adjusting step in iteration phases according to error of detector\'s output for the same received symbol in two adjacent iteration processes.Simulation results show that the new changeable step based on momentum factor algorithm outperforms LMS algorithm and RLS algorithm. The Multiple Access Interference and Near-Far effect can be eliminated effectively. Kalman filter algorithm has faster convergence speed, more practical and the capability of CDMA system can be inceased.
