基于高速现场网络的经编机智能控制系统
INTELLIGENT WARP KNITTING MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON HIGH-SPEED NETWORK
为了保证经编机在高速情况下能够进一步提高机器生产率,提高产品质量,介绍了一种基于高速网络的经编机智能控制系统。系统以ARM 芯片LPC1778为核心,MECHATROLINK-II专用芯片,MECHATROLINK-II通信协议和控制器、伺服驱动器,freeRTOS实时操作系统等构建新型网络化智能控制系统。MECHTROLINK-II网络是一种高速现场网络,相比较传统网络而言,具有时间同步性好,布线简洁,数据传输率大等特点。
In order to ensure the warp knitting machine can increase machine productivity, improve product quality at high speed, warp knitting machine intelligent control system based on high-speed networks is introduced. LPC1778 ARM chip as the core system MECHATROLINK-II dedicated chip, MECHATROLINK-II communication protocol and controller, servo drives, FreeRTOS real-time operating system will be used to build a new network intelligent control system.
