固体推进剂药柱作为固体火箭发动机的重要组成部分,药柱结构的可靠性直接关系到火箭发动机整体的可靠性。本文首先使用EPLEXOR动态力学热分析仪和VIC-3D视觉试验台对药柱结构的性能参数进行测试;其次使用灰色理论对药柱结构的松弛模量和泊松比进行区间量化;最后使用证据理论对药柱结构的瞬时可靠性进行分析,并与Monte carlo计算结果进行对比,验证了本文方法的有效性,为药柱结构的可靠性分析提供了一种新的思路。

Solid propellant is an important part of solid rocket motor. The reliability of propellant column structure is directly related to the reliability of rocket engine. Firstly, the performance parameters of the cylinder structure were tested with EPLEXOR dynamic mechanical thermal analyzer and vic-3d visual test bench. Secondly, grey theory is used to quantify the relaxation modulus and poisson\'s ratio. Finally, the instantaneous reliability of the cylinder structure is analyzed by using the evidence theory, and compared with the Monte carlo results to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method. This paper provides a new idea for reliability analysis of charge column structure.
