聚酰亚胺/ 凹凸棒土纳米复合物制备与表征
Preparation and characterization of polyimide/ attapulgite nanocomposites
通过溶液聚合法,以聚酰胺酸(聚酰亚胺前聚体)和凹凸棒土合成制备聚酰亚胺/ 凹凸棒土纳米复合物,其结构和性质通过动态力学分析仪(DMA),热失重分析仪(TG),透射电镜(TEM)分析。分析结果表明,在凹凸棒土含量为3%低浓度时,在聚酰亚胺基体中,其分散性较好,而在含量为7%高浓度时,凹凸棒土在聚酰亚胺基体中出现部分团聚现象。在使用温度超过330℃后,加入凹凸棒土的聚酰亚胺纳米复合物的储能模量(E′)下降较慢,玻璃化转变温度Tg和热分解温度均增加大约15~30℃。
Polyimide/ attapulgate nanocomposites were prepared from solution polymerization of polyamic acid (polyimide precursor) and attapulgate. Their structures and properties were investigated by dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA), thermogravimetric analysis (TG), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is shown that in low content of attapulgate (3wt-%), the attapulgate is dispersed well, when in high content of attapulgate (7wt-%), the attapulgate is reunited a little. It is also shown that the storage modulus (E′) were improved after the temperature upon 330℃, the Tg, and the decomposition temperatures of these nanocomposites were increased about15~30℃.
