跨海桥梁混凝土结构的腐蚀机理与防腐措施

跨海桥梁结构混凝土的腐蚀破坏是因海水环境中的氯离子渗透聚集于混凝土内钢筋表面并致其钝化膜失去保护作用而造成的, 这是一个复杂的电化学腐蚀过程。为了避免或减少因海水腐蚀作用对影响混凝土结构力学性能及耐久性能的影响,就必须采取切实可行的防腐措施。本文在总结国内外混凝土腐蚀现状得基础上,从结构的腐蚀破坏机理出发,归纳了包括采用结构措施、改善混凝土性能措施、增加混凝土保护层厚度、预留钢结构材料腐蚀厚度、改善施工工艺与提高施工技术水平及其它特别辅助诸防腐措施与方法的应用特点与要求。
Bridges over sea are exposed structures that are continuously subjected to attack from the marine environment, the structure concrete is easy to infiltrate and accumulate that the chloride ions of its surrounding will cause the steels to be corroded in the surface of the inside steel bars.The corrosion process will be very complicated and it will greatly influence the life-span of the bridge structure. In order to lessen or avoid the disadvantage caused by the corrosion which will have an execrable effect on the mechanics performance and durability of concrete structure, some feasible measure must be taken. It is reviewed on the useful anti-corrosion protection methods on the basis of mechanisms analysis of reinforced concrete corrosion in this paper.Meanwhile,their applicable characteristic and necessary requirement is also mentioned,which including improving structure and material behavior, enhancing steel–protection concrete dimension,enlarging diameters of the reinforcing steel bars by pre-considering their corrosion ,and promoting construction technique,etc.
