人力资本不均对经济增长的影响
he Effect on Economic Growth of Human Capital Inequality
本文引入人力资本不均作为经济增长的影响因素，首先从理论方面分析人力资本分布不均影响经济增长的途径和作用。然后在实证分析中，采用人力资本基尼系数衡量人力资本不均，并将其加入经济增长方程，采用1995-2005年省级面板数据，实证研究人力资本及其不均在中国区域经济增长中的作用。实证结果证实了理论分析，即人力资本分布不均等程度阻碍经济增长。
Introducing human capital inequality as a factor of effect on economic growth, this paper theoretically explained the mechanisms of effect on economic growth of human capital inequality. Taking Gini coefficient of human capital as measurement of human capital inequality and adding it into economic growth equation, this paper tests the effect on economic growth of human capital inequality using provincial panel data from 1995 to 2005. The result of empirical study provides evidence for theoretical analysis. Namely, human capital inequality negatively affect economic growth.
