旋转恒定磁场对放射损伤小鼠造血保护作用的研究
Research on the hemoprotective effects of rotating and stationary magnetic field in irradiation-injured mice
利用旋转恒定磁场作用于137Cs γ射线损伤小鼠,观察磁场对放射损伤小鼠存活率、外周血细胞、骨髓单个核细胞以及CFU-GM等的影响,研究旋转恒定磁场对放射损伤小鼠的造血保护作用。结果表明,旋转恒定磁场作用能明显提高放射损伤小鼠的存活率和存活期,增加放射损伤小鼠外周血白细胞、红细胞、血小板数及血红蛋白含量,并能增加骨髓单个核细胞数,提高CFU-GM的集落形成能力;磁场作用还明显促进放射损伤小鼠骨髓造血组织结构的修复,提高骨形态发生蛋白(BMPs)的表达水平。
o observe the effects of rotating and stationary magnetic field (RSMF) on survival rate, peripheral blood cells, bone marrow mononuclear cells (BMNC) and CFU-GM of irradiation injured mice. The results showed that RSMF could increase the survival rate and survival days of irradiated mice and the number of blood cells in the peripheral blood. Also, RSMF could increase the number of BMNC and improve the forming ability of CFU-GM. Furthermore, RSMF could improve the angiogenesis and the expression level of BMPs.
