图像处理中非线性数字滤波器得到广泛应用,层叠滤波器是基于信号阈值分解而发展起来的一种具有层叠性和阈值性的非线性数字滤波器,它的优化问题实际就是对正布尔函数不断调整、逐步适应图像环境的优化学习过程。原有的优化算法大多采用遗传或模拟退火算法,本文采用了一种新的优化算法—禁忌搜索算法(TS)优化层叠滤波器,这种算法是对局部邻域搜索的一种扩展,是一种全局逐步寻优算法。通过对最小均方误差(MSE)准则下TS算法优化的层叠滤波器的性能分析,可以看出该算法优化的层叠滤波器具有良好的性能,能有效的滤除噪声和保持图像细节。

Nonlinear digital filters are widely applied in fields of image processing, stack filters are a class of nonlinear digital filters that satisfy a weak superposition property known as the threshold decomposition and stacking property. Their design is formulated as a course of optimizing PBF. Existing optimizing algorithms are mostly genetic algorithm and simulated annealing. In this paper, we apply a new optimizing algorithm—Tabu search(TS) to optimize stack filters under MSE error criteria, It can search for the best all-around result. Results of experiments show that stack filters optimized by TS have good capabilities, It can suppress noise and protect the details of image effectively.
