Procedure Design of online Monitoring System about Fan Performance Based on LabVIEW
设计了一种基于LabVIEW的通风机性能在线监测系统。该监测系统采用美国 NI公司的 PCI 数据采集卡,在LabVIEW编程环境下,实现了对被监测矿井通风机信号的数据采集、处理及显示。该系统具有友好的人机交互界面,动态显示所监测到的实时数据、参数变化状态及趋势,监测画面具有实时、动态效果,方便现场人员操作,为矿井通风机监测提供了一种新的手段。
his monitoring and testing system based on the design of LabVIEW. It introduced the principles and functions of the system. The system used PCI data acquisition cards of the USA .NI. In the LabVIEW programming environment, the signal data acquisition, data processing and display all can be realized. The system had user-friendly interface, dynamic display of fan monitored real-time data the simulation showed changes in the parameters and trends in the state, monitor screen with real-time, dynamic effects, to facilitate on-site operations, and successfully used in mine fan system monitoring.
