新生代农民工技能培训效果的影响因素研究

On the other hand, migrant workers to enter the generational transition period, new generation migrant workers has gradually become the mainstream of rural labor migration. And Cenozoic migrant workers whether own education situation, the vision of long-term degrees and on a city's yearning for skills training laid a certain foundation. Therefore, the promotion of the manpower capital of the new generation of migrant workers and solve the existing problems of skills training has a great practical significance. In this paper, based on the survey data, establish Binary Logistic model, the empirical analysis what factors contribution to the new generation peasant workers training effect is bigger, it also select training to the government investment and the emphasis of the public service has a strong guiding significance, can promote the progress of urbanization of new generation of migrant workers.
