环状压电陶瓷复合变压器径向振动的研究
Research on an Annular Piezoelectric Ceramic Composite Transformer in Radial Vibration
本文提出并研究了一种新型环状径向振动的压电陶瓷复合变压器.这种变压器由两个同心的压电陶瓷圆环和一个金属圆环在径向复合而成.通过推导压电复合变压器的机电等效电路,得到其共振,反共振频率,电压增益和效率方程。分析了金属圆环尺寸的变化对变压器共振频率,有效机电耦合系数,电压增益和效率的影响,以及机械损耗和负载阻抗对其机电特性的理论关系。设计并加工了压电变压器并对其频率特性和电压增益进行了测量,实验证明了理论推导的正确性。
new structure of annular piezoelectric ceramic composite transformer in radial vibration is proposed and its characteristics are researched. The new piezoelectric transformer consists of two concentric piezoelectric ceramic rings and a metal ring in the radial direction. By deducing the electro-mechanical equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric composite transformer, the equations of resonance/ anti-resonance frequency, voltage gain and efficiency are obtained. The dependences of the electromechanical characteristics (resonance frequency, effective electro-mechanical coupling coefficient, voltage gain and efficiency) on geometrical dimension of the metal ring, the mechanical loss and load impedance are analyzed. To verify the analytical theory, the frequency and voltage gain of piezoelectric transformers are measured. It is shown that the experimental results are in good agreement with the analytical results.
