Effects of silicon oxide on the preparation and properties of potassium sodium niobate sense wet lead-free piezoelectric material base

本文首先通过固相合成法制成了成分为K0.48Na0.52NbO3(KNN),(SiO2+ZnO)(SiO2+CuO)掺杂的的KNN基无铅压电陶瓷块体材料,研究了烧结助剂含量对致密度、介电性能、感湿特性的变化趋势。结果显示,少量(SiO2+ZnO)(SiO2+CuO)的掺杂会极大改善KNN基陶瓷的致密度、电容、相对介电常数等性质,并且降低KNN基陶瓷达到最佳致密度所需的烧结温度。掺杂(SiO2+ZnO)(SiO2+CuO)的KNN块体材料对相对湿度不太敏感,吸湿脱湿的所需时间较长。

In this paper,K0.48Na0.52NbO3 (KNN), (SiO2+ZnO) (SiO2+CuO) doped KNN-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramic materials was made by the method of solid phase synthesis, then we discussed the influence of sintering aids contents on the density, dielectric properties, the sense of wetland characteristics. The results show a small amount of doping (SiO2+ZnO) (SiO2+CuO) will greatly improve the density of the capacitor, the dielectric constant and other properties of the KNN-based ceramics, and reduce the required sintering temperature of KNN-based ceramics to achieve optimum density. Doped KNN (SiO2+ZnO) (SiO2+CuO), the bulk material is less sensitive to relative humidity, moisture drying time was needed.
