为研究约束阻尼层对铁路桥梁的减振降噪效果,制作工字形钢梁模型,开展室内试验研究。试验采用小球摆击和力锤锤击2种方式加载。结果表明:约束阻尼梁的模态阻尼比明显大于裸梁,一阶模态阻尼比的比值达到19以上;约束阻尼梁的降噪量在10 dB左右,竖向和横向的减振量均在10 dB以上;钢梁各测点噪声主要集中在250 Hz以上,振动与噪声频谱特性较为一致;约束阻尼梁在80 Hz以上的噪声均有所降低,在1000 Hz达到最大降噪量;约束阻尼梁在80 Hz以上的横向振动和125 Hz以上的竖向振动均有所降低,且激励点附近的振动削弱最为明显。

o study the vibration and noise control effect of constrained layer damping (CLD) for railway bridges, a laboratory test was conducted based on a fabricated steel I-beam. In this test, two types of loading was used, i.e. rigid ball impact and hammer loading. Based on the test data, the modal damping ratio of the I-beam with CLD is larger than that of the bare one, and the ratio of their first-order modal damping ratios is up to 19. The noise reduction effect of the I-beam with CLD is around 10 dB; moreover, the vibration reduction effects in vertical and lateral directions are more than 10 dB. The noise of the I-beam is dominated in the frequency range higher than 250 Hz, and the spectral characteristics of vibration and noise are accordant. The noise reduction effect of the I-beam with CLD is obvious in the frequency range higher than 80 Hz and it reaches to a maximum in 1000 Hz. The lateral and vertical vibrations of the I-beam with CLD are reduced in the frequencies higher than 80 Hz and 125 Hz, respectively. It is observed that the vibration near the loading location is well reduced.????
